1. Agreement to these terms
Kami ("Kami", "we", "us") provides an online platform for practising the Quantitative section of the General Aptitude Test (GAT). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Kami.
2. Who can use Kami
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Kami. If you are under 16, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. You may not share your account, use another person's account, or attempt to access the platform through automated means. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free and paid access
Free accounts can access one free 10-question practice set in the Arithmetic, Algebra and Geometry topics; the remaining sets and the Number & patterns, Comparisons and Data analysis topics require a paid account. A one-time payment unlocks lifetime access to all practice sets for the account that made the purchase. "Lifetime" means for as long as Kami continues to operate the platform; it does not guarantee the service will be available indefinitely. The scope of the free tier may change at Kami's discretion. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases, but a completed purchase is not affected by later price changes.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction and any applicable taxes; we do not store your card details. By purchasing, you authorise the charge shown at checkout. Access is granted once the payment is confirmed as paid. Refunds, where offered, are described on our refund policy or handled through support - contact us at {{ email }}.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly post Kami's questions, solutions, or other content; not to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform; and not to use Kami for any unlawful purpose. The question bank is for your personal exam preparation only.
7. Intellectual property
All content on Kami - questions, solutions, text, design, and branding - is owned by Kami or its licensors and is protected by law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for study; it does not transfer ownership.
8. No guarantee of results
Kami is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular GAT score or outcome. Kami is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the organisation that administers the GAT.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kami is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. We may modify or discontinue features. You may stop using Kami at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
